Brookdale Champions offers vacation-style amenities and attentive service so you or your loved one can experience an engaging lifestyle with comfort and convenience.  We feature an inviting living room with a stone fireplace, a spacious full-service dining room, a private dining room for smaller gatherings, and a library with an extensive collection of books and magazines, plus computers with Internet access.

We also offer a hair salon on-site and a bistro cafe for light snacks. We even have a tea room where residents can gather for afternoon tea with friends. Each of our well-appointed community rooms feature stylish furnishings for sophisticated comfort.

Our campus includes the following accommodations and levels of care:

• Assisted Living accommodations for those who may need some extra help with daily living activities. We balance assistance with independence, providing just the right amount care needed.
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care program where skilled associates provide residents with a structured routine of activities that help maintain their abilities, encourage the use of their current skills and experience daily moments of success with a sense of purpose.

We offer a wide range of activities each month including community outings to area attractions. Our residents enjoy weekly lunch outings and shopping excursions. We also offer exercise classes including walking club and yoga. Bingo, our resident choir group, devotional services and cocktails and dominoes night are also very popular with our residents. With an exciting selection of social, educational and cultural programs, residents are encouraged to renew their old interests and explore new ones.
