Personalized Care

At Brookdale Memorial Oaks, we partner with each resident to create a personalized plan, tailored for their specific needs. Our process is unique to Brookdale and our trained staff is there to assist you with your personal needs, in the privacy of your suite/apartment. We provide assistance with – Bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance.

For those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, our memory care community provides specialized care from a staff that is continuously trained in handling the unique needs of seniors with memory-related issues. Residents with Alzheimer’s or related memory challenges reside in a supportive environment with familiar surroundings.
