Our Assisted Living Community

Residents at Brookdale Tanglewood can receive the help they need with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, medication management, cleaning and more, while also gaining access to a number of on-site activities, programs and opportunities to engage socially and physically.

We work with our residents and their families to ensure they have the services they need to live the fulfilled life they want. Our staff partners with each resident to create a personalized care plan that is regularly reviewed to ensure the changing needs of every resident are met.

Our Memory Care Community

For those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, our memory care community provides specialized care from a staff that is continuously trained in handling the unique needs of seniors with memory-related issues.

Through our unique approach, we help residents achieve daily moments of success that bring meaning and purpose to their day. Our activities are designed to encourage cognitive functions and independence whenever possible. Our staff works to get to know each resident’s individual history, as well as their family in order to provide the best care possible.

At Brookdale Tanglewood, we work to get to know each resident, including their personal history and their life story to ensure we provide care that’s tailored to their past experiences.
